We only use the highest grades of aluminium. Typically our screens are cut out of 3mm aluminium. For larger applications or commerical projects we generally use 4mm aluminium.
All our projects are finished to the same standard that we would do if we were installing them in our own homes.

Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Flat screen has less structural regidity and more flex
Folded
Pros: Folded edges greatly improve structural rigidity of screen
Cons: Rear access required for fixing

All our screens are custom made to size.
However -
Max Sheet Size (Corten)...........1200x2400
Max Sheet Size (Aluminium)....1500x3000
Depending on the size of your space we may suggest multiple screens. This will keep the structural rigidity of the panels.
If you provide us with the measurements of the space you would like to fill our team will work out the screen sizes required.
FIXINGS & FRAMEWORK
There are many options when it comes to fixings & framework. Every project is unique!
